Q: Do you have a local store that I can visit?

A: Sorry, no. Unfortunately we are an online-based store at this moment, but we have a warehouse in San Ramon, California with a subset of the dresses that we offer online. If the dress you are interested in is not marked as "custom order only", there's a high chance that our warehouse holds a sample that you can try on! Schedule an appointment to visit our warehouse. The hours are Mon-Fri: 7PM-10PM and Sat-Sun: 11AM-8PM.

Q: Can I try on the gowns?

A: Yes, we welcome you to try on the gowns we have in stock at our San Jose, California based warehouse. Please contact us to check the availability of the gowns your are interested in and schedule an appointment. The hours are Mon-Fri: 7PM-10PM and Sat-Sun: 11AM-8PM.

Q: Are these gowns name-brand gowns?

A: No, we are NOT associated with any name brands. Our manufacturer creates designer inspired gowns at a cost far less than the designer originals. Furthermore, your gown will be tailor-made with your personal measurements, which eliminates the need for costly alterations. Outside of the styles we offer on our website, you are also welcome to send us any designs you would like to have your dress made with. We use the highest quality bridal fabrics and materials available, all gowns are fully lined with hand sewn beading and embellishment.

Q: Can I get a sample fabric swatch to see the material and/or color?

A: Yes! Fabric swatches are available at $5 per swatch. They also come for free when you order the dress upon request. Please contact us if you would like to order a sample fabric swatch.

Q: How do I request an appointment?

A: Email or drop us a message to make an appointment. Please check our canlendar for availability.

Q: If the gown I am interested in is custom order only, what does that mean?

A: Unfortunately we don't stock gowns that are custom order only, so you won't be able to get the gown right away. You are still welcome to take a look at other similar styles we have in stock or check out a variety of fabrics we use to make bridal gowns. Please check our canlendar for appointment availability. To place a custom order we require 40% of the gown's price, which is not refundable. Custom order usually takes about 1 to 3 months depending on whether it's an expedited order. With custom order gowns, you will be able to provide your exact measurements for a perfect fit!

Q: How long does it take to custom order gowns?

A: Custom orders usually take 3 months. You also have the option to expedite the order to get it in 4 weeks! Expedited orders cost an additional $70-$100.

Q: Does it cost extra to custom order?

A: Absolutely not! We are proud to provide our customers with endless style and color options at no extra charge. If you don't see your size or the color you want, you can always custom order it. You can even provide us a design, and we will custom make for you!

Q: I want to custom order! How do I do that?

A: Simply fill out a form and our staff will contact you.

Q: How do I prepare my gown before my BIG day for the best look?

A: Hang your gown at least one month in advance. That way it will look wrinkle-free and perfectly natural when you are under the spotlight.

Q: How do I un-wrinkle gowns, especially with very easily wrinkled frabic?

A: Here's a trick! Hang the gown in bathroom for 10 minutes when showering or with hot water running. The steaming mist will help un-wrinkle the gown naturally. Ultimately you can also use a clothes steamer.

Q: How can I clean my gown?

A: We recommend taking your gown to a professional cleaner for proper cleaning and preservation. Do not machine wash or heat dry your gown! This could damage the fabric and gown decorations.
