Angel's Wear is proud to provide FREE shipping (via First Class USPS). Expedited shipping is also available with a low cost. All products will be shipped from San Jose, California, USA. Once payment is processed available products will be shipped within 3 days. Customer will be notified via email of the tracking number for shipment.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you may exchange or return with 15% restocking fee.* You must notify us of the exchange or return within three days of receiving the merchandise. Customers must ship the merchandise back to Angel's Wear within seven days upon receipt, otherwise it is not accepted as an exchange or return. Additional time is allowed only with prior approval. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise you are responsible for all shipping costs including insurance.** Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. All promotional free gifts must also be returned along with the merchandise.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing back the package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
